Tamara Folz, MD

Previously, Dr. Folz worked in partnership with Dr. Hubert L. Dellinger, one of the original pediatricians in Memphis. When he retired, she took over his practice. Her goal: To create an atmosphere where patients and family will feel comfortable, safe, and are treated like a person, not a number.  Dr. Folz is also a Licensed Lactation Consultant and can provide assistance to moms and babies who need extra help breastfeeding.

Dr. Folz is married to Jim, and they have two beautiful daughters whom they learn from everyday.

Susan Welch, MD

Dr. Welch is a Board certified pediatrician and has been in practice for about 4 years. Prior to joining All Better Pediatrics Dr. Welch practiced at Pediatrics East, a local pediatric medical corporation.

Dr. Welch believes in the All Better philosophy of providing Health care to kids and Help care to parents. In practice this belief means that she takes enough time with each family to both diagnose their child’s condition and to make sure the parents understand what needs to be done so that everything becomes all better.

Dr. Welch lives in Memphis, with her husband Eric and her 2 year old daughter McKenzie.

Julie Lynne Ware, MD

Dr. Ware has been practicing at All Better Pediatrics since 2005. She is a board-certified pediatrician and lactation consultant. She is also the only pediatrician in the Mid-South credentialed in breastfeeding medicine.

Dr. Ware is an advocate of the benefits of breastfeeding. She serves on multiple local and national boards that provide information and support to breastfeeding moms. Dr. Ware is a frequent speaker at breastfeeding conferences in Memphis and across the country.

Dr. Ware is married and is the proud parent of three handsome sons.
